That's a pretty impressive shop! I wish I felt more comfortable eating seafood -- then I'd have tried takoyaki more often when I lived in Japan.

Once I ate takoyaki with shrimp inside (ebiyaki?). The texture was better than octopus!
But I don't know if we can find this easily :/
