I don't really know what to say except for that I like this. The crop, the grain, the composition, it all works for me
I can't really say I get the Michael Hussar-thing though. He's problably painted some of the most spookiest oil-paintings that I know of, but his photo isn't spooky

The way the, water or what have you, is running looks like its actually frozen. And it makes me think of the whole piece as being frozen in time, a shot taken from reality that can't go back or forward.
I guess all photos are like that, but this really illustrates it.

My jaw dropped the first day I saw this, and it still does every time i see it still in my watchlist. It's a really amazing shot, and there's something almost tangible about it that just makes it stand out as an incredible shot.

I really love how personal this looks - how close it is. Usually your work is on a bigger level - of faces and of bodies, not usually focused on such little detail. It's really gorgeous and cool to see something so vastly different from what you usually show us.
