This is not a photo manipulation and there was no over-painting.
Used a couple of moonmommas free textures. Everything else was hand painted.

Great piece. I really love the color scheme that you've used. The only thing I noticed is that the hand which is above her head seems a little to small. If you were to go back and enlarge it a bit, it would make here hat seem smaller and also make it pop a bit more, giving the piece more of a 3dimensional perspective.
