The way you put the shadowing on Tobe's outlines on the last panel is amazing. Very impressive, one of the reasons why I'm still reading this... I don't read comics with such good skills for art. You're doing a good job, I hope you keep this up. Normally, I don't read comics that have the ships I hate, but I guess this is my first time reading one.

My heart can´t hold too many feelings, this is one of best fan arts artworks I´ve ever seen, and is one of my favorite childhood animations.
Everything is perfect, the concept, the expressions, and the scenes, I admire you for such incredible work, I´ve tried to create my comic but is not easy.
I applaud you, I love your artworks, you have become my idol

Although Chief is preaching some truths and is completely right about how Tobe’s being foolish, I feel that her actually calling him Fool is more of a personal jab. Anyway, like I said earlier, this is what makes Tobe an incompetent villain. He has finally succeeded in his goal of crushing Garu and now he too might get crushed in the process, I mean look at him! That pain on his face when Chief reminds him the love isn’t real and how he wants to cry cause he knows what she’s saying is true, it’s just sad.

I agree with chief up to when she said even if she did love you it wouldn't work out. If Pucca did really fell in love with Tobe I would of accept it (still be heart broken though.) I hope it ends happy so much right now and Please let it be ahempuccaxgaruahem a couple I want.
