I love the way you made the texture of the dragons skin. and the way you did all the shading. It really looks very good. You did go a little bit crazy with her hair though. xD They dominate the whole thing to much.

It might. But be careful not to make them more messy.
Maybe try to make the shading of the hair in a similar way you shaded the rest of the drawing.
Those singular strokes of the brush that make the hair so 'hairy' are not that good for also shading it.
I mean, the hair itself can be single strokes but the shading should be 'spots' like the rest of the drawing. That would bind it all together leaving her hair look still rich and wavy but well combined with the rest of the artwork.
(sorry for making it look all that complicated xD sometimes It's hard to explain things in foreign language)
