Ladies, y’know that one dream we all have at least once. That dream about the half naked bishonen anime boys in tight swim trunks and speedos that highlight their perkily shaped buttocks; all swimming majestically through crystalline ocean waters. Their muscular chests heaving and their bare backs glistening with a mixture of perspiration and and salt water as the light from the blazing sun above cascaded down their magnificent manly bodies.
What? Don’t act like you’ve never had that dream.
Well guess what. That dream is now a reality and best of all, it's an anime. Hot diggity dog!
And what can I say? Free! is just awesome sauce in a freaking bucket. Seriously. An anime about saucy bishonen anime boy who do nothing but walk around shirtless for 95% of the show? What more can a fan girl want. Yes, don’t get me wrong, there is an actual story to it but I’d be lying through my teeth if I didn't say point mostly fanservice.
And what I love most about Free is that the writers aren’t even trying to be subtle with fanservice. They legitimately wants us to fan girl over this show.
Plus the ending theme song is so ridiculously addicting that you'd find yourself dancing to it every time. All in all, just watch the show you guys. Expose yourself to the goodness that is free. It's about time, the fangirls got some good fanservice. Next to Uta no Prince-sama, free's good.
Just wanted to make a comic about me discussing Free with my baby: Candy. I think this comic best summarizes my feels on Free and it's not all I have to say about it either.
Ahhh Free, you and I are gonna have so many squiggly fun together. Fuwhahaha!
But in all seriouslness, does the Free fandom even have a name because I'll just be calling myself a proud Free.Dom Fighter for the time being.
Now my question is, am I the only one?

thank you! Dubbed means that the characters speak English and, no, they are usually not subbed. Funimation has good dubbed anime, so check it out if you don't understand what I'm talking about. : )

I just thought you meant unsubbed when you said it was a hassle to focus on the fanservice. Thought you were watching it unsubbed. Because I know Free isn't dubbed as yet. At least I don't think so. I know for a fact it just started recently so not enough episodes to be dubbed as yet. So for now we'll have to settle for subtitles, no matter how annoying or distracting they may be.
