The pattern is long lost. I'm pretty sure the dragon was from a freebie series put out by Dragon Dreams, but it hasn't been on the website for ages. And I just added the wording to it.
I'm sure I saw the dragon pattern online a few weeks ago, but i can't for the life of me remember where. I'll keep an eye out and if I see it, I'll let you know.
