How do you get it so spot on? Do you use some kind of filter or is it all in the texture. It looks like it was ripped right from a old school rpg on the ps1.

The only possible "filter" I have is just giving the edges more pixely look by rendering at low resolution, but most if not all the work goes in the modelling and texturing.
Some also goes into lighting and rigging.
For me, it's just that I feel inspired and nostalgic and love doing this kinda thing and try to stay faithful.
