I can see I'm very late to comment on this one. The DoF is perfect in this shot - it took me quite a while to realize that the entire mushroom top wasn't completely in focus. Fun little optical illusion.

smaller? I'd say RED one makes you p*ke your heart out and then go to hospital and get your stomach pumped and be dizzy for at least a week and then suffer from a certain dislike of mushroom dishes for the rest of your life. err.. about the picture: GREAT FIND and well executed!!
