Did she ever have a pet Loth cat? (Imagine if she actually had a thing for animals and wanted to preserve them within Lothal's wilderness. Not sure that was actually how she was in the show, but I think it's kinda nice to speculate every once in a while. but of course, the empire being the empire doesn't want that, and just keeps harvesting Lothal for itself, destroying all of its natural beauty, and minister Tua just looks on, not being able to do anything about it, for fear of death or worse.)

Hmmm... Maybe? She was a side character so we see very little of her outside her Imperial duties, but she probably even had a family and all.
She did do the housing project and stuff, so maybe she was a caring person when it came to animals as well.
Couldn't have actually done much, though, like you said; they wouldn't have let her do anything that they consider a hindrance to the Empire's progress.
She died anyway
