Last year I rescued an ex-racer for my first horse in March. At first I couldnt get near him as he would threaten/bite me. Since then we've both been through a lot together where it has come to point at times whether I should sell him or not.

The simple design of the background really seems to work well with the more detailed drawing of the horse and the rider, whom I'm guessing is you. The background story also sounds like it some story for a movie about horses as well, like Seabiscuit or something.

Bless thanks! The thing is though if you ask someone would you ride and ex-race horse or even an ex-trotter 99% of the time they'll go no and give a list of bad things about them. To be honest when I got Paddy I had no idea how to solve his problems at first. My Mum rehabilitates dogs and I just applied what my Mum does to them, to Paddy.It doesn't always work so I just went with my gut feeling most of the time (stupid I know) and a little bit of Parelli and he's turned into an amazing friend
But yeah ask anyone if they want an ex-racer/trotter of any kind most will say they're:
~Loony
~Full of problems
~Nightmares
