Description Done entirely in HB mech pencils, then shadows were darkened in photoshop. Or paint shop pro 8 in my case.

So, it's done. Fiiinally. And dayuum if my wrist ain't sore.

Again very good work! minor quibbl is that I'd have left a tiny point of light in the eye just to make it pop, but its only a really little thing in what is a really good piece...

Mmh... I did have problems with eyes back then- I could never get them to look alive at all. I've been doing random small drawings over the past couple of months, mostly for eyes and lips, and I reckon I've improved a bit, but thank you-- advice taken. =]

but trust me, if you've been on this site for a bit, it will by no means be the best you've seen, but i don't particularly want it to be so, because i'm not so keen on it as i was right after i drew it, and it would mean i'd have nothing new to learn.

haha because i dont get many pageviews. ive made it to a total of just over 1000 in 9 months, and my most viewed deviation is one featured by a more popular deviant, so yeah.

... looks like a photograph. with a posh expensive camera. and a posh expensive photographer. ya know, the kind of photographs you get when the photographer has sent about 3 hours setting it up and another 4 getting it right.
