On Tuesday earlier this week I made curry for the first time in a few months or so. Was in the mood for it & so was my mom, I tried going back to how I usually make it because for a bit I got a little lazy with it. As you can see I put in to much minced garlic(it was a jar of already minced garlic from the store) but it turned out pretty good though maybe to much stevia. I added broccoli on top because we had a lot in the freezer, went ok with the curry & rice.
