Since he knows about her quirk he made sure to give her his blood which so happens to be permanently fused with the carnage symbiote. She then used her new symbiote to aquire blood samples of various heroes. Do to the symbiote possessing a genetic memory and ability to absorb dna and the transformation quirk of hemiko toga’s the symbiote gained memories of those whose blood Was sampled and the quirks of said victims. She then connects to the sample in kasady’s body to not just gain quirks but give them to kasady.
