Very Mid-Roman Empire....3rd-2nd century BCE maybe.....with a hint of Hellenic to it. Very nice.

It was actually based on some of the sturdier, tougher fabrics of the Late Republic.
But I agree it looks much lighter in the illustration, like that worn during the Empire.
