Not sure if this counts as custom, but meh, this is a 2012 Princes Luna from a toy line that you are supposed to decorate yourself the other figure i have seen is Rainbow Dash so im not sure which characters are in the line, the package comes with some stickers and a couple of color markersI didn't do much to the figure let's see.
-Crown
-Chest plate
-Mane
-eye lid
And of course all the paint which is a nice metallic blue.

Teach me what paint you use, And how much it costs please!

Well the paint i use it's named "Sheloi" ,im mexican so im not sure if you can find the brand outside MexΓco but when the paint dries this becomes kinda plastic-ish , i also use "Politec" silver paint , to get that finish on the mane i had to add a texture to the paint which it's really hard and takes some time,most the black lines and the black in the cutie mark is ink.
