It's an incredibly fluffy ribbon. Like a tiny feather boa. I got it at Hobby Lobby.
I got curious and went to scope out your Fluffle Puff. I then spent what had to be ten minutes trying to figure out what you used to make her fluff. Please tell me! It's driving me bonkers!
