Description This is another of my favorite type of lizard, The Frilled Lizard or Frilled Dragon. There in the Dragon family like the beardie. We have a reptile store in my town that has a trio of these guys and I have fallen in love with them. They run up to the glass wanting out whenever someone walks by. This was based of a picture I took of one of them.

overall I'm pretty happy with this one I really like how my background and background items look in this image, Enjoy!

This is absolutely beautiful! And I love beardies, and frilled dragons! This was wonderfully done, may I just suggest as a fellow artist though, that you should add more shading to the background? Like maybe add a few more shades of color to create more depth? And can I also suggest that you should really stay away from black? it's a bit of a harsh color. Most people try to limit black in their pictures because it is such a strong color, and draws the eye immediately. Rather than shading with black, combine darker colors together to create the shadows? So it looks more natural in the pictures. I usually use dark blues mixed with other colors for cool shadows, and tuscan reds and dark browns for warmer shadows, depending on what is being shaded. I still think this is a wonderful pice though, and I love your attention to detail. Keep up the excellent work! ^^
