Digital over pen and pencil, done in Corel Painter.I loved catching frogs when I was a kid. Though I woulda been the happiest little girl on earth if I'd ever caught a frog that big. We had enough trouble with the regular adult bullfrogs; Just couldn't sneak up on those guys! But that's probably how they were able to get so big in the first place c:

Wow, beautiful picture. The mood created by your color choices is making me very nostalgic for my own childhood, which was spent primarily outdoors by the creeks. I kind of wish you would have given the ripples by the girls feet a bit more depth with the addition of some darker colors, but really it's not that big of a deal.

Our catfish pond got a lot of big bullfrogs... before we put the catfish in. And fairly said, I would be incredibly happy if I ever caught a frog that big!

I used to "fish" them.... You can do it with a red piece of material, it works.... However, when you have to catch the frog after, then it becomes less easy xD. This picture is very lively, this is a great work !!!

i love this picture! me and my sister and my mom used to try to catch frogs when i was younger too. my sister caught a huge ass bullfrog this year and i was soooo jealous. i had one a couple years ago that i kept as i pet after i caught him because i was so excited lol. his name was schmendrick. but he got sick so we let him go
