The human skull on one of the branches is an awesome touch. I dunno if a slightly tinted background would help, but the simplicity draws attention to the detailed brushwork, so it's great anyway.

I think the claws on the toes are my favorite part of this piece haha they look difficult to walk with and painful to be on the end of.

I really appreciate the attention to how the body and musculature of it all work... Like the places where a limb is pressed on the tree there is a ever so slight bulge because of the pressure. and I love how the furthest most leaves fade into the back ground as if the light in this picture has a power all it's own. And like everyone else I love the nails. ......*examines it more*.... Woah! I didn't even notice the skull at first. That is the perfect last touch!...my only criticism would have to be the "planking" torso (as said by other viewer) and the right arm doesn't seem to quite match up with where his right shoulder should be.. it seems a little high or not quite at the right angle. (but than again you could claim he is twisted or shrugging kinda weird behind the tree limb)....Over all good job, keep it up, the world loves it.

I find that some the creepiest images are those that exaggerate just a few features beyond the norm, and this pic does it for me--it's those toes and nails!
