Description After a billion and a half days gone... here's some semi-crappy doodling. I just managed to get both Photoshop and my tablet working on the desktop at the same time, and did this thing up today.

For those who haven't played Oblivion, one nice thing for people who don't like to be an obvious target is the Stealth skill. Move, steal and attack while undetected. It's not all that great at first, but once you get it *really* leveled... odd things sometimes happen. Like the inspiration for this picture.

If you make some noise or do something else to break your cover, NPCs will go on alert. But if you manage to salvage things, they'll eventually forget and go about their business. Get good enough, and you can snipe someone and not draw aggro.

Even if you shoot them between the eyes.

I'm never going to get over the weirdness of hearing "Must have been the wind..." from someone I'm steadily making into a pincushion.

The 'cover-my-college-student-ass-from-highly-unlikely-legal-action' sort of thing... (aka Copyright stuff):
The Elder Scrolls series- Bethesda Softworks.

That's gotta be either the most thick-skulled or pain-immune necromancer ever.

I love Oblivion, but it's AI makes it sometimes more of the kind of love you have for a dog that is just so consistently stupid that it's absolutely precious.

Except dogs are not usually necromancers.

Thanks! They turned out that way because, I, uh, couldn't be buggered to draw proper faces, for fear of screwing them up.

Oh, definitely. The necromancer's just blissfully unawares, probably because he has an arrow perforating his brain.

My favorite one is, "Gotta lay off the mead, starting to see things..." when I just shot them with an arrow.

Heh almost beats "The Random Arrow of Frostmoth". I THINK the fort was called Frostmoth, anyway...

This event occurred in ESIII:M "Bloodmoon" I happened to fire a random arrow into a fort where NO-ONE was... And then a guard walked out of no-where... Right into the arrow's path. The entire fort wanted me for murder.

LOL. Guh, reminds me of so many replays of Splinter Cell... you'd think the one lone guard left when four of his buddies have mysteriously vanished (except for their hats) would figure things out after a while. Especially if you've already shot him once.

The wind kills.

P.S. Fox says he misses you on CoV.
