title is simply what i was listening to when submitting.entered into the portrait contest held by - *Egil21 check it out there are some awesome drawings.
this is my quick sketched version of the awesome
by ~8o-clock
its done completely with
soft charcoal pastels, and an eraser.
on A3 150gsm medium surface cartridge paper
in almost exactly an hour
i like that about chalk pastels, you may lose a good bit of detail but its super quick.
i considered submitting this the 'right' way up, im still a little unsure, but the smoke i added looked a little odd when in landscape.

without the smoke it would have looked incomplete, or too empty. You've improved a lot since your last drawing, i see a lot of expression in your lines.
