Um......You say it's an "Arctic Ops" skin. So, shouldn't Akali be wearing an actual jacket. You know, to keep her warm.

Oh that’s good opinion hehe.. But I wanted to paint skins and thought it’s ok to paint like that because there’s many character skins that characters don’t wear thick.
