Leather... coat? Its the mid 1700s! Aside from that its perfect. I kind of wish guys like Jamie existed, yet, that is why its fiction

Well, I'm not terribly good with coming up with period clothing and I thought since the model was wearing a leather jacket that it wouldn't look too out of place.

Man, all I have to say is wow!
This is an amazing piece of artwork, though sadly, I can't say I know anything at all about him. But regardless, I love the way you can take a fictional character and breathe life into them.
Actually, something I find rather amusing is when I saw the thumbnail for this, I thought it was a pic of Bill Weasley being as it greatly favors the older piece of work you did of him (or at least to me, it does).
Anyway, a lovely piece! ^_^

"Outlander" series by Diana Gabaldon, I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try. The first book is over 600 pages long and the rest of the books in the series are longer but because they are so engrossing and well written they're actually a pretty fast read. I was trying to find a decent review to give you an idea of the story. This one's ok but doesn't tell you much about Jamie [link]
If you're ever looking for something good and a little different to read-I highly recommend this series
