O yeah, please:Β The aircraft was built especially for Charlie Chaplin's trip across the USSR*. After the end of the actor's visit it was transferred to Narkomtiazhprom (People's Commissariat of Heavy Industry) air service. The plane was used for various inspection flights of high-ranking committees, urgent business trips, fast delivery of important cargo (like machinery details and documents), etc. Decommissioned in the late 1950s, it was handed over to the Aviation Museum in Monino, Moscow Region. Today, it's still exhibited there, preserved in airworthy condition.
* The story is 100 per cent fictitious. Beware!
