Description
Entry for There was not enough space to give good info on his powers so it's a bit sloppy sounding! Extra info here!Personality: inquisitive, hyper, and down right crazy. He has a love for all things sharp and shinny, and loves to play around with chemicals. Needles is highly intelligent though is is hard to see though his mad twitching and crazy ideas. he likes to experiment on people, testing new chemicals and such. The strange thing is he always leaves money with the test subject when they wake up if something has gone wrong. (Yes, he uses anesthetics before trying anything on random people) He's not truly evil, just very confused. he doesn't understand that what he is doing is wrong and thinks that so long as you pay for the damages, and make is painless it's okay. However, to an enemy he is trying to hurt he is less kind, using anything he has on him to harm them. Little is known about his past, or why he went crazy, but it is assumed he was involved with some sort of top secret experiment, which is why is identity is kept hush. he now works under Aroman as his personal doctor. Needles invented the enhanced water, which lets Aroman breath on a small tank for much longer then he would on normal water, it also enhances his speed and strength when on land. All around Needles is unpredictable, and not to be trusted.

Well you will soon! And no they are reading glasses, so he only needs them for reading things close up.
Ya I hate one way characters most of the time, which is why i almost always stick a gray area in there. Besides, criminally insane people usually arne't evil, they just don't understand.

Well his things do all sorts of stuff, from mutating himself so he gets stronger for a bit, so giving a a person temporary paralysis! he changes what's in them all the time, so people can make up whatever silly (or not silly) stuff they want!

he's pretty good at changing them out, and he color coordinates them, also usually keeping most of the buffs to one side and the damaging ones to the other. But he sometimes forgets to test them first, and it can backfire on him if he uses something new.

If it's stronger then there is no point, what i mean is his real leg would be easier to take out then that one, and leaving him with one leg ether way would cripple him just the same. first off you would need to get close enough to him to get a hold of it, second the metal rod in it runs all the way up into his upper leg, so it;'s deeply rooted. And third this game is a low violence, so removing his leg would just.... be very bloody... so therefor no, you can't do that here.
