Description
This is Kanika Khepri (Meaning Black morning Sun) She's A Scarab Beetle from Sand Ocean. She is to show up in Counting Sheep and play a very large roll (Though i wont say what) Al her weapons are traditional Egyptian weapons except for the ankh which isn't normally used as a weapon (She has reason to be carrying it though)
My Goodness this took a long time! I was inspired by :iconpurityfl:'s extremely nice SA stile backgrounds. The line art took a very long time to finish, as I had to change with line thickness a lot. I'm rather happy with the turn out! May make a Loa one next!
Also, if you want to commission me for something like this it's going to cost more then the SA stile I was doing before as it takes much longer to make. I will still, do old stile if you want it though.

Awesome! I thought about making a scarab OC as well and I also planned to have her be from Sand Ocean. XD I'm working on at least five other OCs before I get to the scarab though. I can tell that you did your research on Egyptian outfits before creating her.

That's pretty cool! She's one of my oldest characters but I still love her! I wanted to be very traditional with her and accurate with the clothing. it would be cool to see another Scarab.

Thank you! Well seeing as she is based on the over glorified scarabs depicted in Egyptian artwork she naturally would end up nicer looking than the real deal.

You would be surprised at how many good ones there are. They are rare, but they do exist.
I don't really consider my characters Sonic fan characters so much as anthro characters drawn Sonic style. With most of them story wise have never even met Sonic or any other character from the games, and would have little to no impact on the game plots if real. When I write them, they mostly hang out with my other characters in made up locations.

this is amazing. i have a story in which it goes along with the game sonic and the secret rings(off topic, but relates to the desert!), but this pretty much sums up how cool the desert and egypt is! i loved learning about the ancient egyptians and your character reminds me of how much fun i had with that history lesson.

She's gorgeous! I could tell what she was just in thumbnail, which isn't always easy with Sonic style, and her elegant, stern look is just perfect. I love all those details, particularly in the weapons!
