Brisktide is known for her truthfulness. Sometimes not for the best, however, since she is truthful about everything. She claims it to be a gift and a curse.

Kind
She's very kind to everyone around her. If at a gathering, she tries to welcome all who she knows and sees. She's especially tries to get closer to the BasaltClan's she-cats since she very rarely sees one at a gathering.

Loyal
Being a leader makes perfect sense for her to be loyal to her Clan. But she's also loyal to her future mate, family, and whoever is around her.

Generous
Brisktide makes sure to let the Clan eat before her. When a gathering is around, she makes sure to have Patherblaze lead while she stays at the rear up until they see the other Clans, then she takes the lead position.

Hyperactive
Brisktide is known for her activeness in almost everything related to the Clan. Can be a bit of a jokester about it because of it, but she means well in the end. Secretly, she is training her Clan to expect the unexpected.

History:

KIT: Born beside Cloudkit, the two were one of the few litters in the nursery. However, she stayed close to her sister as well, making sure she didn't go headfirst into any rabbit holes. As a kitten, however, Briskkit was always found wondering the camp, even at night. She enjoyed to startle the elders. So much so that many of the Warriors would hiss, saying Frogtide would hold back her apprenticeship if she kept up her attitude. He never did. Instead, he gave her under the teachings of Minnowear.

APPRENTICE: Minnowear was a tough Warrior and made sure that the Clan didn't think otherwise about it. During this time, Briskfin trained to stay out of trouble. Not by choice. Of course, she liked the different training at every turn, but she was getting tired of constantly doing something. She didn't make a lot of friends during her apprentice years. Nobody but her sister really who she would curl up at the end of the night and fall asleep by. Near the end of her apprenticeship, she was given more freedom to choose what she wanted to do, but still had a chore list. However, she didn't really feel up to joking around as much anymore. It was all work for her. It continued this way until her Warrior and Deputy age.

WARRIOR: Her Warrior name was Briskstep. Step used for her constant moving as an apprentice thanks to her mentor. As a new Warrior, Briskstep traveled and patrolled a lot more. She went back to her joking and daredevil side a little by teasing who she went with on patrol by stepping over border lines when a different Clan patrol wasn't visible. She never hunted or left her marks on anything, however, wanting to avoid skirmishes. Of course, she still visited her sister who was and is a Medicine Cat. She would always make sure to try and share tongue and news with her. And if Cloudspeckle needed any herbs, Brisk would offer to go with her. She was a busy Warrior. And it got busier with an apprentice named Hummingfin.
Hummingfin made Briskstep's life a bit more complicated. She wasn't sure how to handle the apprentice. She didn't want to treat her like Minnowear had with her. During this time, WaveClan had gone on a small raid to BasaltClan. Briskstep made Hummingfin stay at camp since she was a new apprentice. During the fight, the deputy at the time, Lavacall, sustained deadly injuries. He died the next night. Frogtide stepped forward and announced the new deputy of the time to be Briskstep.

DEPUTY: The calling of being a Deputy had shocked Briskstep. She hadn't really thought about leading some day. She took the stand anyway, hesitant. Many weren't happy with Frogtide's choice but they couldn't do much. Not many knew how many lives Frogtide had left. During her time as Deputy, which wasn't long, Briskstep made sure to set up patrols. She felt like she was an apprentice again. All work and no fun. Not really good social skills except to tell others what to do. Eventually through her busy schedule, Hummingfin was announced a Warrior with the name Hummingbird. Briskstep expected another apprentice on her soon, but never saw it through the rest of her Deputy days before Frogtide passed away with his ninth life by trying something new in the jungle region of their territory.

CURRENT: Being the current leader of WaveClan, Brisktide has given the rule of not going into the forest. Whether the other Clans like it or not of wasted territory, she doesn't want another useless death on something so simple. She also announced Pantherblaze as her deputy and has done some small ceremonies. Again, she is feeling like her old Warrior self, able to visit Cloudspeckle more often as well than she has in the past. She walks around the camp, trying to keep everyone safe.

"As you all know, tonight I'm going to get my nine lives. I'm going with Cloudfreckle and I'm leaving Pantherblaze in charge." Briskstep paused and gulped. "I'll be back tomorrow by sunhigh." Waving her black tail, she dismissed her Clan, backing off the stone. She met up with her sibling, making sure they were good to go. She knew she was ready.
