There are multiple ways;
a. Go to the end via a stronghold or an end portal you buildt
b. Use the command "/summon EnderDragon" (given that you have OP privileges)

To play multiplayer (worldwide as you say), you first need to find a server to play on, and you need to know its IP address.
You can ask some friends if they know of some good servers, or you can check out this server list to see if you find some servers for your taste.
When you know the IP address (usually four numbers separated by a period, like 12.34.56.78, or as a URL, like mc.server.com), you go into the Multiplayer menu in Minecraft, and either click "Direct Connect" to join at once, or click "Add server" to add it to your server list, and join it from there instead
I'll set up a little test server andΒ you the IP, so you can check if you can join
Oh, and Minecraft has no "friend list" at the moment, so there's no way for me to add you in the game

I looooooooooooove how this looks with the more realistic lighting! If only it could be that way in-game.... I went into the End the other day and brought two stacks of snow and a ton of pumpkins into the end with me. I didn't even manage to kill a single enderman, but my minions made most of them really angry lol.Β
