Thank you very much. Face took more than half of overall effort, also i'm trying to find own eye style, because little bored with old one. Sadly i forgot to add my usual post processing, like color balance glow, blur and sharpen.. but i think it comes out not that bad..
Regarding hair.. updraft. it may be very strong.

It seems like it'll take long, but that's probably because I lose concentration quite easily. I work by drawing some of it, but then I'll stop and do something else before going back to the drawing. Counter-productive.

Not really.. Taking a break is very important to let your brain relax and see minor mistakes next time
Usually I draw a hour per day, when spending about 9-15 hours for the finished work.. so break is about 23 hours
