This is really a lovely piece of work. The contrast between the path and little girl with the grass and background is very nice. I have to to say that the path is my favorite part of the painting because I find the design so pleasing. The only thing I don't really like about the painting is the school building. Everything else has such good detail but the school is just kind of blah. I do enjoy the aura it exudes though. I'm not good at painting myself and I don't draw buildings so I can't actually say specifically how I think the school could be improved other than adding more detail. Sorry about that but know that this is really good. Can I ask what grade you got on this? An A?

Not sure about the final grade atm. AS for the building, yes, I just hate the damn thing... but at the same time for some reason my class appreciated the child-ish way of depicting the building.

hmmm deffinatly interesting. I love the way you painted the grass. The brush strokes have alot of depth to them and detail. It just seems very natural
