Very cold, very wet. Two things this Angelfox just can't handle. Need, warmth...Hmmm, well, I am really depressed about my art style. I can't really get a nice pose going, and surprisingly this came from a bunch of sketches in flash. I can't break out of my style and make a new one, and I really don't like the idea that... Oy, never mind, I dont' know anymore. Either way:
Sketched this in photoshop and then did the outlines and coloring in it. Took it to photoshop and tried to mess with the dodge and burn tool this time using the smudge tool to my advantage by creating a swirlish effect. I haven't seen anyone try to do a swirlish effect so far (not saying others don't, but I haven't seen it) so I'm content with how my Angelfox form turned out in this. Nice and sad and depressing, cause the drawing always matches the owner's mood when it is made.
Besides the char, the background was kind of fun to do. I actually took one of my stock photographs of a trail I took a picture from one of the last times I went camping and manipulated it into something Completely different from what it was. You might find it really hard to believe this background came from it if I showed you! So I'm happy with that, everything in this picture is mine. And really, that is how I do it, if you ever see a picture that Might look like a photograph (like the fire in one picture, trees, clouds, lightning, etc.), it was taken by me and I manipulated it. I like using my own work, plus it helps so DA won't get on my back about a picture taken from another site since people have that problem here. Thank goodness I know the bands I get music from for my flashes, that helps highly!

Oh right, and I didn't keep Exact track of time, but I think this took two to three hours. Yah.

This is very creative! Creating a rainy and dreary background by changing a photograph has made for a very chaotic feel of isolation in a storm.

It's just: A blowdryer is only dangerous when wet because it funnels energy from the source, but if you were using your own energy, wouldn't you be safe? Alternating current can't be too hard, right? Of course, I can't say I speak from experience... but it seemed like a good idea when I wrote that post.
