Description
[FULL VIEW]An old old character design that I don't use too much nowadays,
but it's still fun to draw him.
And so I decided to draw him more...:3By the way his name is Luis.
So this is pretty much a revisit of This Horror .
((Few of you might remember from long ago....XD;;; ))
Lineart done traditionally with pencil
Color in Photoshop 6.0
Snowflakes/background in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0
((those are the only 2 programs I have and use. 0___o ))

You've captured the "snowy" feel quite well. I think your winter rendition is very good, the gray sky and lantern really added to the mood. Plus your pencil outline is great too

Tis supposed to be there, but it adds a warm feeling so that's really nice.
The "gray sky" is accually just the sky blending into the DA color. xD

Ok, now this one is amazing <3 I love eveything about it! the composition, how you made the picture fit with DA colors as well, the cuteness of Luis himself, everything! Luis is such a cool name by the way~
I could look at those eyes forever, they're so full of life and so detailed <3 I also adore the shading, and how brown and white/blue blend together in his tail. All the colours blend so well in fact, it gives the whole picture a peaceful feeling, at least for me. And he's got a little cute collar. Which makes it. Perfect.
That old picture is cute as well, though XD But yeah, you've improved a whole lot!

Luis was really a random thought up name,
I thought it was somewhat common...<:/
Well, it fit him so yeh.
The eyes were inspired from *bara-chan 's style.

:3 You know, if you dont mind a suggestion, you may want to add a bit more of a matching hue to the colred brownish parts of his fur, namely the tip of his tail. ^_^ It might help to blend the line art in, if it has a conplimenting shade. Just use the brush tool in photoshop, and set it to "color" mode. It really helps a lot~โฅ

I really don't have much of a story for him...just that he lives in a land of internal winter. = v =
Might change that sometime though. *shrug*
But problably just a character for drawing.
