EDIT: I realized I uploaded the wrong file last night. Here's the actual file. I decided it would look better without rain.
EDIT 2: Fleshed it out a little more.

So, this is the result of trying to wait for the results of the Presidential Election of Singapore. In the end, I kind of gave up (because they wanted to recount the votes and lord only knows how long that will take).

Been a while since I last did a photomanipulation piece. I've never actually done a photomanipulation like this before; changing or adding parts of an image to alter what it looks like. Usually, I just combine whole elements together, so this was rather fun, really.

So here we are.
