This is awesome!! Your outline looks great, I like how you colored everything, love how you shaded the hair, and those strands of hair! The blinking animation is nice, too.
I can't imagine this only taking half an hour. I'm pretty sure this would take me at least two hours. ;_; -envious of your speed-
