It has 7 layers with various opacity setting for each layer.

I like to keep each object on it's own layer it, in case I need to move it.

Yep, that's the way I do it too! Because of that my last piece was at 201 layers when I said no more..lol.., the piece before that somewhere around 115 or so... tons of layers, but well worth it in the end because you just never know when you are going to want to change just one or two things a touch! I do it all the time!
