Thanks to a friend , i manage to photograph this Praymantis.Swear this little guy/girl posed for me and kept following me with it's head.I now fully believe they are extra-terrestrials studying us.From [link] "Portugal Praymantis are a blessed animal and are called "Louva-a-Deus" which means "Praises-to-God"

Only seen a praymantis once in my life, and that was as a child.

Thank you so much , i can totally believe that and never added this but i saw this one catch a fly most amazing thing, the fly knew it was in danger but kept on coming closer that the praymantis was bobbing it's head up and down ,nearly hipnotised me and obvious that was the fatal end of the fly too.

They are so cool i mean if it was a spider that would be scary...but a Pray-mantis- i suspect they are very clever for insects.
