I'd prefer to make a fem!Glorfindel (Glorfinniel or Laurefindiel) rather than putting Arwen in his place - in the books she is a bit boring and I'm not a fan of her.

In my opinion, Glorfindel is one of the best characters in the books....
I hate that he isn't in the films....and that he has a small role in the books...
But in a computer-game I often play, he's the main character (I mean The Battle for Middle-Earth 2)
