This is actually unrelated to the 2014 Ninjago sets or the upcoming TV season. All the "mystery figs" on this page are characters from the seventh Graphic Novel and designed by that graphic novel's author, Greg Farshtey, and its illustrator, Jolyon Yates: They are old enemies of Sensei Wu's.
So sorry if you thought this was a teaser for something not out yet. Still, the graphic novel is pretty cool and it's nice to see many of its characters presented on a poster like this!
I identified the characters who have names here . You'll have to read the graphic novel yourself to find out about all their powers and how Sensei Wu defeats them, though!
