I agree she's well done. I love her facial expression. I have to agree with another comment on the hips/Theighs being a bit slim. To me the feet also seem a bit off. Feet are always a pain to draw lol. Still a different boot style might help with that. *looking at the picture* I would suggest a high heeled boot. Ah, but she's still so great! I like the colors to.

Don't worry about the character's anatomy, it's alright But since you asked for advices...

To me, the thighs seem a bit too slim. Yes, she is slim, that's obvious, but not *thaaaaaat* slim, she still have some shapes judging from her upper body (not just the brests! XP The shoulders, the arms,...) so maybe slightly less slim thighs would've seen more appropriate.
Same thing with her hips, they could've been a bit wider. But here I'd say it's a bit more than just a simple suggestion, because women do have wide hips. But you said you were not used to draw females, right? So I guess it might just be an habit for you to draw narrow hips, neh?
Oh, and the arms (not the forearms, just the upper parts) don't seem to have exactly the same width, her right one seems less slim than her left one.

Anyway, that's just my opinion!

But all the rest is pretty nice! And I just LOVE how you made her chest, her shoulders, and the prominent bones (dunno how they're called ^^)

This is a fine piece.
The overal body structure and postion is top class especially the work on the Large injection along with many of the character details and background.
But I really like the colours you have chosen for this piece I find them very bold and really elusive.Yep very good piece.4D.
