NEXT PART: lonewolfhbs.deviantart.com/art…I wanted to release the whole thing in one go but I figured an early preview wouldn't hurt. I also wanted to test the resolution so that anyone could read the words. If you have trouble reading it, you can download it. The comic's to be read from left-right then top-bottom. The first four frames are numbered as a guide on how to read the comic. Hope you like it!
This comic happens immediately after Chapter 5 and some time after the #??? short video.
Synopsis:
"The war between the rebel oWn faction and the united RED and BLU resistance waged on. Tensions run high as more territories fall to oWn's relentless onslaught and the scattered RED and BLU mercenaries scrambled to come together in an attempt to regain lost territories.
Despite the resistance's best efforts, oWn still outnumbered them and with the respawn system still functional, this may turn into yet another stalemate...with the sole exception that oWn has the advantage. Worse still, oWn is fully aware of the respawn system so they resorted to capturing and assimilating rather than killing. The stalemate will certainly end if oWn succeeds in capturing or assimilating all of RED and BLU.
What's unsettling is the Administrator and Saxton Hale's silence over this whole ordeal. Have they been put to sleep for good or are their silence part of their plan? Or perhaps they think the oWn have their uses? No one knows.
Amidst the chaos, however, a lone RED FemSniper wandered with her camper van, separated from the resistance and no longer involved in the war. Following a surprisingly friendly encounter with oWn not too long ago, the FemSniper was convinced that the war was pointless and her enemies not worth killing. The fact that she's not getting paid to kill them made her more unwilling to get involved in the war. She has an uneasy truce with oWn but she knows well enough that not all oWn members are friendly towards her. Hence, she kept her distance.
She wandered to Thunder Mountain, an oWn territory that was abandoned, in hopes of resting her adventurous soul. She has no set destination as she drifts from place to place. She can't return home, lest her parents started pestering her about her disagreeable lifestyle. However, things took an interesting turn when she was reunited with a person she could possibly call friend..."

I would like to add them too but I haven't been able to get my hands on high-quality TFC models that would fit in just nice with TF2's models. Lack of proper voice acting is another problem should I put them in videos.

hmm...i wonder what is the relationship between fem snipes and mundy...oh and btw, which sniper is mundy? So far, there's 3 that appear to play a bigger role, RED and BLU turbine and RED 2fort snipes

Well, Valve has never been specific about which Sniper is Mundy. Hell, it is heavily implied in the comics and "Meet the..." vids that the mercs are all a huge army of clones. Chances are, all of them are called Mr. Mundy. Still, let's just assume that one specific Sniper is called Mr. Mundy and he's the same Sniper who was called "Mr. Mundy" in the comics. If that wouldn't work, then maybe another unknown Sniper is called Mundy.
Either way, I'd like to treat the FemSniper and the Sniper to be rivals. The original Sniper's personality doesn't seem too interested in girls, rather he is in love with his job and since FemSniper could have a similar personality, I'll make them rivals. They don't hate each other (unless on opposite teams) but they will always try to do better than the other.

Looks interesting. Using a comic font like CCAstroCity or Crimefighter BB (the one I use in my comic) would kinda look better. But this still looks like a masterpiece.

I actually wanted to use such fonts but I decided to use Arial to avoid making the words hard to read. As you can see, my dialogue can be rather wordy so I had to keep the words small but readable to save space. In the end, like my series, I sacrifice the quality to save time.

It's obviously the second part. The Announcer and Saxton Hale are too bit of a bite even for oWn. The Administrator is super hard to even find, while Saxton Hale's habit to fight rare and super dangerous animals (And easily win) would certanly put quite a scare into everyone.

Besides the fact that the sniper looks crazy talking to a wire-cut phone, I like it. :3
Then again, even in Gmod you can't find a phone that looks normal. XD Like a satelite phone or something.

lol that's why I made her say "I'm starting to wish this phone doesn't work after all." which implies even she thought that the phone isn't supposed to work.
Still, think hard enough about it and it is still possible to make sense out of her speaking to her parents on a non-functional phone.

She could be either crazy for it, jealous because maybe her parents never actually call to care about the female sniper as much as the male sniper or just misses home and wishes to get a call, faking the fact that she's pretending to talk to her mother.
