SHIT! FUCK!
I got ambushed by two demons....fucking black eyed bastards, I couldn't smell them coming, the damn cold air at night must have given me a cold. That's all I need but its also the least of my worries, the warding I drew was for the angels but the demons must have been following me since Ohio, keeping a good distance away down wind so I couldn't smell them.
They managed to get a good hit in before I killed them, few bruises and a nasty cut, I have it bandaged best I could get it but it ain't gonna last. I need to get to a town so I can get some supplies for it, some painkillers would be great right now, I have a few dollars and it ain't enough for what I need to make sure it doesn't get infected. So I will have to steal the stuff, I got pretty good at it in the few years I've been taking care of myself.I need to make sure there not any cameras, steal from low end businesses that either can't afford them or is too cheap to get them, sometimes I can't see any so I try and get out and away as quick as I can. Now it will be more difficult. The wound is on my left side, under my rib cage, fucking bastards!

Managed to get to the next town. I'm sitting in an alleyway right now and writing this down, I seen a gas station across from here, kinda a dump as most gas stations go. Close to closing time now...I need to go in while the clerk is busy doing his last minute jobs before he closes the doors, I gotta go now....

Alright. I managed to get what I need...plus some hassle, but quick jab at the guys head helped me get away, I didn't kill him of course, I'd never do that...hes just some guy. If he was a demon on the other hand....his head would be severed from his neck in a matter of seconds, getting away from that I finished patching myself up better, still hurts like a bitch. But it should heal hopefully. Maybe I need stitches.....

Been in town longer then I should be, I need to get moving, but my wound is bothering me and my cold has turned into a full on flu. I'm coughing and hacking so much it sounds like I'm barking, I feel horrible that I should go to a hospital but I can't. People think I'm dead and honestly its better that way, besides they may see my eyes and I can't let that happen either, god I feel so bad I wanna die so it'll stop. My nose is so stuffed I can't smell anything, easy to get ambushed again, or let the angels get me. I don't trust them even if they say I can.
I don't know what to do.
But I think I'm gonna head into a diner and get something to eat, I'm starving, I'm too sick and in pain to worry about anyone seeing my sword. Its wrapped in a blanket I stole and on my back, shouldn't be a problem if someone really looked, it even has a strap on it. Mainly I tie it around my waste like a traditional samurai used too, my mother....carried it on her back. And its easier to hide that way like this, people will just think I have a blanket strapped to my bag.

I've been in the diner for a few minutes now, I ordered soup, nice and hot and feels nice on my throat. The heat inside the diner feels nice too, I would sleep here if I could, but I'd get kicked out. Maybe I could in the church down the road, sometimes I know they don't care of homeless sleep in the stalls.These guys in plaid just walked in.....they sat down a bench or two ahead of me, the tall one....goddamn looks like a human skyscraper, has been staring at me this whole time. Have they noticed my sword? Are they hunters?
Or do I really look as bad as I feel?
My bandaged job on my side isn't has great anymore and I think its been bleeding too, its hard to noticed when you don't care anymore.
