Why?
This is one of the best animes coming out and has a lot of potential to go big. Amazing detail and storyline and i truly believe that you master ~Longai will bring the best out of the art.

Heh, now there's a fun idea.
To me it seems like Ironman and Dead space are coming across as having the strongest influence in the suit. But that is just my own biased opinion.

I was thinking more grey fox from mgs, or raiden from mgs4. same sort of style, but the light from the cracks is dead space-inspired, and that looks lovely. very nice piece.

yeah, but Siembieda actually tried to sue a video game company for making an MMO with absolutely no similarity to Rifts other than it had the word Rift in the title. He'd go batshit if he found out someone used the term Cyberknight. Granted, he has just recently been kicked in the financial teeth by the Karma Boot, and had to go hat-in-hand to his customers to save his company, but now that Palladium is on the mend he'll probably fall back into old habits.

It really is "Everything" inspired, isn't it? I can see so many different things that it reminds me of.
It is almost (but only almost) as fun to read the comments of what is the first thing that comes to mind when everyone sees it, as it is to just enjoy the epicness of the image itself.
It's like one of those Ink-Blot tests.
Everyone sees something else.
