Description I used to draw them all the time ;n; So here is a quick speedpaint of a desert. I did use references.

Part of my quest to revive my will to draw so I can finish obligations once and for all and maybe start something new : P

Omg you call that a speedpaint?! It would take me a whole day before I could find the courage to attempt such a scene.

I always enjoy seeing your scenery paintings. Here, I'm quite fond of how a few simple strokes ( at least I think they're simple!) can really have a lot of impact, such as the way the central dune is painted. Love how subtle the atmosphere is, like a sandstorm is about to come in.

Brilliant work as always, keep it up!

Thank you so much <3 I'm so glad to hear that!
I think speedpaints suit me quite well because I'm impatient and want to finish drawing in as little time as possible XD Plus I just adore nature.
For that little guy's sake I hope a sandstorm doesn't come in

ooh that's interesting. i'm seriously thinking about the height of that character. i don't think it fits the perspective as is. rather move them closer or make them smaller? ahaha, i hope that isn't too bold of me. ^^'

Hmmm yes I think I should have made him a little smaller! I love doing that because it puts the area into perspective of how big it is. And no that's not "too bold"! I love constrictive critique so never worry about having to hold back. ^_^ Thank you dear!
