One down, four to go!The sketch commission for who asked me to draw Celestia in the style of Azrael from Darksiders. Btw that was an awesome idea.
I hope he likes it, it was a lot of fun to draw! On to doing the rest!

Hmmm, maybe, I donΓ€t think it's too distracting because the pose makes her look more anthropomorphised than a regular pony. if it were a regular pony it would definitely be too small. XD

Ahahah, I spend a loooot of time sketching, which is partly why i am so slow, but I like to get the full idea of how the picture should look before i start doing the lineart.
Darksidersi s a great game if you like traditional zelda-style dungeons.

So awesome. I see the original concept art for him here so clearly, and it's definitely Celestia at the same time. I say, this is a wonderful ponificaiton.
All that detail on the mantle/chestguard/cloth thingy. And on those shoulderpads. And that solar halo. And that pendant. Sweet... well... Celestia.
Maaaan, I do hope you'll be up for more commissions in the future. This is just too awesome.

So happpy that you like it. this sort of thing is definitely up my alley so you were in Luck! I loce drawing flowy robes and detailed armour and mantles! 8D
I think my favorite part has to be that sun diadem thing on her back... it's so awesome how that turned out.
And I will definitely be open for more commissions in the future.
