It's actually posted in the EXIF-data:
Model: Canon DIGITAL IXUS 430

It's an old camera from 2004, and to be honest not a very good one any more. I just haven't replaced it since I can't find any inspiration to take new photos.

Thanks a lot, Claudine It's actually one of the rare ones that I'm satisfied with, although it could be a lot better
