can i just ask how you did the frost on the hoodie? i'm debating about 3 different ways to do it XD

paint the ice texture with white acrylic color.....then
mix rasin with white glitter ...paint or coat over some area that you want to make it looks like ice frost.
....leave it dry
....done!!!
