I'm PK lovin it... or not.My photoshop has a lil' glitch where if you're working on some WIP and you decide to turn off photoshop, EVEN IF YOU SAVE AND YOUR LINES AND COLORS ARE PERFECTLY CLEAN, the next time you open PS and that said file, everything will have become blurry for no apparent reason.
I've learned this, and I never close photoshop if there is a picture I'm still working on, I just minimize the page.
Now to the point, a few days ago I was working on this, saved and then the power started going whacko and turned off the computer, thus turning off photoshop.
I tried my best to fix it but...

does it do this to .psd files? or did you save it as a .jpg? maybe the quality is set to very low so it makes the pic all blurry. Sorry I'm not of much help :'D;
and if it does this to a .psd file then I have no idea >:,

jpeg, but... maybe it WAS the quality?
I only skim over that when the option shows up, so maybe what looks like an 8 is actually a 0...?

Awww! Argh, that sucks. This is such a gorgeous picture though-- you can tell it looks great when not blurry. Your style is still intact too, and I (PK, ha) love it.

I save all of my work as JPEGs, does that affect it in a way?

Um, yeah. I think you need to save as a .psd until you're ready to save it as the finished copy. When you do finish it, I've learned that .png preserves the picture best.

Actually, I think I found that out by accident when I started working on layers (this one didn't use layers) and I decided to have an extra psd file of it in case anything bad happened.
Judging from my latest art, it's working!

Most likely not unless JPEG is the default output or something, it just looks like jpeg due to the glitch. I'm not familliar with Photoshop so I'm not much of a help. ):
