1.-2.) I realized I'd never ever drawn Nocturnus with his hair down. Chakra is trying to figure out how such soft lavender loveliness could come from that horrible man-bat mullet. Also, have this bit from

Ya know...Chakra might not have found Noct super handsome at first glance, but I can see him reaching a stage in their relationship where he's struck at how fucking FINE bat daddy is and has to desperately stop his school boy blushes and random wing boners from hell when Noct struts into a room....struts into a room and OWNS that damn room.

3.-4.) I like to think Chakra would eventually be comfortable enough around Primrose that he could be pushed into dropping his walls and indulging in a bit of silly fun. So long as nobody's around, of course. He tells himself it's important work, clearly Prim needs the practice.

5.-6.) Noct spying a little on his daughter and partner being stupid and cute together and coming to a little revelation. Neither Nocturnus nor Chakra planned on stumbling into a genuine bond, they both told themselves they were only having a little fun. There will be angst. Noct particularly will feel guilty, sex is one thing, but this is starting to feel like a betrayal to his dearly departed wife, Willow. Fortunately Noct isn't nearly as emotionally constipated as Chakra, I see him learning to resolve his guilt and let go of the past much easier than Chakra's moving past his whole "oh god i'm terrified of intimate connection because i know i'll screw it up so i gotta be aloof and push everyone away why am i so LONELY" shtick

little bat family is gonna make it, they just have some (big, emotional) bugs to work out
