Its was very very easy UwO
You make a sphere white yellow and like that you know where is the sun next you make a degradation of the light (you can found the colour on internet sundown palette colour UwO). And I use a cloud brush for the cloud UwO with the same colour of my palette! Next I use a degradation of the ambiance on the character (see the light and shadow). And I use the bokeh for the light and make a shyness like when we see a sun and voila UwO
